By using this website, signing up for coaching, or emailing us for coaching, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
#What the service is
We provide free (during beta) coaching and, when you opt in, introductions to help people find work they love. That includes people 18 and older who are early in a career, changing careers, or already experienced, and any kind of job. Kansas City roots, open to job seekers nationwide. A person reviews every signup before coaching begins. Coaching, when we take someone on, is mainly by email.
#What the service is not
- Not a job guarantee, placement guarantee, or wage promise
- Not an accredited school, tuition program, or enrollment contract
- Not LinkedIn/Indeed automation or scraping
- This website does not include a live account or job-board portal
#Beta / changes
The service is in beta. We may change, pause, or discontinue it anytime, with or without notice. We make no guarantees about results, response times, or continued availability.
#Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information (signup, resume, replies)
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to share
- Anyone sharing another person’s info should do so with that person’s knowledge
#Introductions
Any introduction is optional and happens only with your consent. Hiring decisions belong to the employer. We are not a party to any employment relationship between you and an employer.
#Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for competing services without permission. You keep ownership of your resume and materials you submit; you grant us permission to use them to coach you and (with opt-in) for introductions.
#Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that coaching will lead to a hire or that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
#Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ONE DAY SYSTEMS LLC AND KC TECH TRADES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST WAGES, OPPORTUNITIES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (CURRENTLY $0 IN BETA), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
#Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or content you submit, to the extent allowed by law.
#Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
#Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Johnson County, Kansas have exclusive venue for disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
#Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
